Ultra-Lite™ Double Curvature insert plate. Constructed entirely from Dyneema®, the Ultra-Lite™ insert plate is an excellent lighweight alternative to a ceramic insert plate.

Ceramic Up-Armour Plates

When used in conjunction with BPS soft body armour, these ergonomically designed ceramic insert plates afford comfortable and lightweight protection against rifle and other armour- piercing threats to the levels shown in this table. All plates have a multi-hit capability and destroy the round on impact, all fragments (spall) produced being contained within the soft body armour.
