Polysafe®, the original range of knitted aramid cut- and heat- resistant gloves, from Bennett Safetywear Ltd.
The Polysafe® range consists of high quality light-, medium- & heavy- weight gloves made from a para-aramid fibre. A para-aramid is a high performance fibre with excellent cut, abrasion and heat resistant properties. Kevlar® is an example of a para-aramid fibre.
The para-aramid we use in the Polysafe® range is stronger than steel (equal weight basis), as well as being many times stronger than conventional fibres such as polyester, cotton and nylon, enabling gloves of exceptional cut resistance to be made. In addition to this remarkable property the material is inherently heat- and flame- resistant and will withstand limited exposure to temperatures up to 500° C (932F).

Polysafe® Hot-Work Glove FKK8/35KL
